Terms of Service

The parties

These terms apply to the website simplyfast.ai and to the services of SimplyFast.AI, the trading name of Calanit Ozeri, a registered sole proprietor in Israel ("we", "us"). A "client" is a business that has ordered a service from us. Where a signed agreement or quote exists between us, it prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

The service

We build and run AI-powered work systems for clients, including dashboards, reports and pricing calculators based on the client's social media data. The service is read-only. It does not post, comment or send messages on behalf of the client.

Connecting accounts

• The client connects its own accounts on each platform's official consent screen. We never ask for or store passwords.
• The client confirms it is authorized to connect every account it connects.
• The client can revoke access at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Platform terms

The data comes from TikTok, Meta and Google, and its use is also subject to their terms. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Platforms may change or stop the data they provide. If that happens we will inform the client and propose an adjustment.

Accuracy

We show data as the platforms provide it. Estimates, such as expected views or a suggested price, are based on past data and are not a guarantee of results.

Ownership

The client's data belongs to the client. Our software, design and methods belong to us, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

We keep the client's data and business information confidential and use it only to provide the service.

Fees

As set in the quote or agreement signed with the client.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to a client is limited to the amount the client paid us in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue, or for failures and changes on the platforms' side.

Termination

When an engagement ends we stop collecting data and delete it within 30 days, after providing an export if the client asked for one.

Use of the website

Website content is for general information. Do not copy it for commercial use without written permission. Protected areas are only for people who were given access.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
