Who we are

SimplyFast.AI is the trading name of Calanit Ozeri, a registered sole proprietor in Israel ("we", "us"). We build AI-powered work systems for businesses, including dashboards that show a client the performance of its own social media publications. This policy explains what data we receive, why, where it is kept and how it is deleted.

Scope

• The website simplyfast.ai and its protected areas.
• The dashboard service we run for business clients, including our apps on TikTok, Meta (Instagram) and Google (YouTube).

Data we receive from platforms

We receive data from a social media account only after the account owner authorizes it on the platform's official consent screen. Access is read-only:

• Account details: username, display name, profile image and follower count.
• The account's publications: ID, date, type, caption, link and thumbnail.
• Performance metrics: views, reach, likes, comment counts, shares, saves, watch time and traffic sources.
• Aggregated audience data only: distribution by age range, gender, country and city, as percentages or totals.

We do not receive or store passwords, data about individual followers or viewers, or the content of comments or private messages. We do not post, comment or send messages on behalf of any account.

How we use the data

Only to run the dashboard, reports and pricing calculator for the client that connected the account. We do not sell data, use it for advertising or share it with anyone except the infrastructure providers listed below.

If the client chooses, images and captions of publications the client itself published may be analyzed with AI to identify the topic, the sponsor and names written in them. We do not perform facial recognition.

Where data is stored and who can see it

• Data is stored in the client's own cloud account (Cloudflare) or in our cloud infrastructure, as agreed with the client.
• Platform access tokens are stored encrypted.
• Only people the client authorizes and our team running the service can view the data.
• Infrastructure providers: Cloudflare (hosting and processing), Anthropic (AI content analysis, only if the client chooses it), Resend (website email delivery).

Retention

For as long as the client's engagement is active. When the engagement ends or the account owner revokes access, we delete that account's data within 30 days. YouTube data is deleted within 7 days of revocation.

Revoking access and deleting data

An account owner can revoke our access at any time:

• TikTok: in the app settings, under Security and app permissions.
• Instagram: in Settings, under Apps and websites.
• YouTube and Google accounts: at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

To request deletion, email c@SimplyFast.AI with the account name. We will delete the data and confirm in writing within 30 days.

YouTube API Services

Our service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Data is also handled under the Google Privacy Policy.

Data collected on the website

• Contact form: your name, email address and message are emailed to us so we can reply.
• Protected areas: your email address and a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. Sign-ins to protected pages record the time, approximate city and device type, for security.
• Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to run and secure the site.
• Some workshop presentations use Plausible to count visits, without cookies or personal identification.

Children

The service is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data about children. The audience data we receive from platforms is aggregated and does not identify any person.

Your rights

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law you may ask to access, correct or delete your data. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. We will notify active clients of material changes in advance.
